Token and treasury proposal
XLOT as proposed governance, and the proposed use of creator revenue.
XLOT is a proposed token. It is not launched, its configuration is unverified, and no contract is deployed. Three concepts stay separate:
- XLOT. Proposed governance over bounded protocol policy and future incentive programs.
- Vault shares. Claims on the assets of an individual vault, once vaults are implemented.
- Creator revenue. Proceeds from trading the project token, allocated under the proposed treasury policy.
Proposed allocation of received creator revenue: 50% development and security, 30% protocol-owned pilot liquidity, 20% infrastructure and operations. This is a stated policy, not an operating automated splitter. The pilot allocation remains in reserve until an appropriate reviewed deployment exists.
The protocol's illustrative execution fee is a research parameter used inside the synthetic model. It is separate from the requested 3% token creator tax, and it is not a fee anyone can currently pay.
There are no guaranteed buybacks, dividends, fixed returns, deflation mechanics, treasury backing or token price floor.
